These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of snayr.dev and any content, products, or services offered by SNAYR ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service or subscribing to our emails, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement.
SNAYR provides educational content focused on personal cybersecurity and operational security ("OPSEC"), including a free PDF lead magnet ("Field Manual"), a weekly threat-brief email, and other content published on the website and social channels.
All content is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, professional cybersecurity consulting, or a substitute for hiring a qualified professional. You assume full responsibility for any action you take based on our content.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We do not warrant that any defense, technique, or recommendation will protect you from any specific threat actor or attack.
All content (text, images, video, audio, PDFs, code samples, designs, the SNAYR brand and logo) is owned by SNAYR or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read, download, and use our content for your own non-commercial purposes. You may share the Field Manual link with one other person ("the deal"); you may not redistribute, repackage, resell, mirror, host, train AI models on, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SNAYR, its operators, contributors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages — in such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SNAYR and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
You may terminate by unsubscribing from our emails at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for any reason. Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction (Poland / European Union), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration where permitted, or in the courts of the operator's jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms shall remain in effect.
